 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the 2010 Annual General Meeting of the Ourimbah Rugby Union Club Inc. (Est. 1981)

 To be held on Sunday, 26th September 2010 commencing at 10:30 am at the Ourimbah Rugby Clubhouse, Ourimbah Rugby Park, Ourimbah.

 BUSINESS

 Apologies.

1.    To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Ourimbah Rugby Club Inc.  held on 10th October, 2009.

2.   To receive, consider and adopt the Annual Report of the Committee for the Season ended 18th September, 2010.

3.   To receive, consider and adopt the Financial Report for the Season ended 30th September, 2009.

4.  To elect Office Bearers for the 2010 Season.

5.  To elect Management Committee for the 2010 Season.

6.   To transact any other business which, under the Rule and By-Laws, should be transacted.

7.  Dated at Ourimbah this 22nd Day August 2010.  

About Ourimbah Rugby Club
Welcome to the Ourimbah Razorbacks Rugby Club, the only club with a home ground 100% dedicated to rugby.

At Ourimbah Rugby Club we like to create an atmosphere that involves the whole family, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and has a great time.

We have a clubhouse where we hold various social events for members and their families, a fully stocked canteen and a BBQ area.

The club was established in 1981 and participates in the Central Coast competition, which comprises nine other clubs from various points of the Central Coast.  We have 3 senior grades and a Colts side.  We also have junior teams from Under 8's to Under 17's.

 Location

Ourimbah Rugby Park is located at Ourimbah on the Central Coast NSW.  About 40 min drive from Sydney, 2 mins from the F3 Freeway or a 3 min walk from Ourimbah Railway Station. 

Training

Training is usually on every Tuesday and Thursday in the rugby season. 

Membership

Membership fees are $200/season (mainly for insurance) to be paid before the first game is played.

Fee includes insurance, Ourimbah Rugby socks, shorts, training shirt and newsletter updates.
